Can you check the inner plunge joints into the diff are they solid? Mine are I don’t recall the locktite needing to be installed there but mine was.

Dealer fixed mine too. No more clunk. Axles locktite into the diff and the outer. No movement. 3000 km or maybe more on the fix.

Been a while but it came up Again. Easy driving. Dry. Cool day. Shut it off, had a couple cold ones and continued on light went out and never came in again

Racking miles on the bikes. 9 year anniversary yesterday. Plus another 14 from before lol. That is posative this place isn’t busy. People out enjoying their machines.

So found my clunking. Right front wheel bearing turned itself to dust. I installed a new bearing and greased it with my wheel bearing greaser. Took drivers side apart too and greased it. 30 pumps of the grease gun! Ball joints holding up fine so far.

Does anyone have any measurements of where that grease zirk is located? On a crew. I looked at what it was gonna take to pull the stump pans off and decided there’s gotta be an easier way. The back grease zirk is easily accessible, the one on the trans. My plan was to drill an access hole...

Trans I went with Polaris, if I could offer some support. If you dump it and it’s spotless like mine was don’t waste your money on a filter and dropping the pan. It was spotless. And changing the oil made me feeel better but what I dumped out was just as clean as what I put in. Zero metallic...

Ive been through this. Now only buy camo. Love the colors just can’t deal with the scratches.
