Here is a picture similar to one posted earlier of a glowing factory muffler. Approximately 1100 degrees F. I changed out factory muffler for Aftermarket Assassins dual muffler. What a difference!!! Will post picture of new muffler with temps. It did turn a couple of spots blue on new muffler...

I agree. there is a combination of wind speed and machine speed when the outside air starts coming into machine. If i have a tailwind everything functions well.

Looking for a service manual for a 2026 XD 1500. Anyone like to share? Looking to see how hard it would be to install 2026 foam sealing pieces to front of firewall on 2025 machine. Thanks, Mike

Polaris refuses to admit their are issue with air intrusion in 24-25 XD 1500 machines. Why, if their are no issues did they add foam sealing pieces to the front of the firewall on 2026 machines? Come on Polaris, help us out. I really like my machine other than the air intrusion is ridiculous...

Looking for an aftermarket muffler for my XD 1500. Must be quiet and less restriction, the stock muffler is a fire waiting to happen in my conditions in the summer! Does anyone have any comments or experience on the AA dual suppressor slip on exhaust for Polaris XD 1500?? Thanks!

If you have installed a spark arrestor or found a “Quiet Core” tip, plrase let us know how much quieter the machine is? I need to find a less restrictive but quiet muffler for my XD. Thanks!
