It's always such a fine line between noise, heat and restrictions. I couldn't live with the heat, I did install one of their quiet cores. Is it as quiet as factory, no, but it helped.

Here is a picture similar to one posted earlier of a glowing factory muffler. Approximately 1100 degrees F. I changed out factory muffler for Aftermarket Assassins dual muffler. What a difference!!! Will post picture of new muffler with temps. It did turn a couple of spots blue on new muffler...
