    I have some videos to took dealing with the heat coming from the steering wheel area. Edited: these videos are on YouTube In the 2nd video I started with regular foam and decided to go with “closed cell” foam. That way water would not be absorbed in it. Part 2: Part 3:

    Polaris denied my claim. If you take both rear doors(opened) and shake them from the top, does it sound like the window is “flopping” inside?

    My “clunk” sounds like it’s coming from the front. It’s at the dealer now and I’ll update on what they find and do!

    Another “heat in the cab”.

    Anyone come up with a solution for the excessive heat coming in the cab, especially when the radiator fans kick on? I know a lot of people have used insulation in the tunnels, but it seems that the air is coming from behind the dash. Let’s get this resolved.
