Exactly - either a bad production run of coils or a wiring issue... these coils should last a very long time.

Class action law suit for drive train clunks/ unacceptable noise after the sale?

"Losing customers every day"? Look, I am not a Polaris fanboy. My RZR had to have two clutches replaced under recall and tender springs that collapsed... the replacements did the same thing a few months later. My snowmobile also needed two clutches under recall... one for the clutch casting...

Class action law suit for drive train clunks/ unacceptable noise after the sale?

That is kind of my point. A lot more people with a lot more power, than a couple thousand 1500s since it's introduction.

    back up light location

To be clear though, it can still be installed... but it requires additional parts such as the roof pulse bar kit. It ends up becoming about a $600 deal though once all is said and done. You'd be better off running your own wires down to a dash mounted switch if you want it badly enough.

Aftermarket Assassins Ranger 1500 install and thoughts

Have you reached out to AA? I think they should hear the feedback. Maybe they would repack it for you... although the shipping would probably be ridiculous.

    Winch not working

Try unplugging the magnetic sensor on the fairlead... it is a white connector with a green and a red wire. See if it works then. The other thing I've seen is the wireless control module going bad. This is separate from the contactor (the large relay). I know on some models even the dash...
