"Losing customers every day"? Look, I am not a Polaris fanboy. My RZR had to have two clutches replaced under recall and tender springs that collapsed... the replacements did the same thing a few months later. My snowmobile also needed two clutches under recall... one for the clutch casting...
DOT tires are designed to run at highway pressures - 32-45 PSI as an example range, as well as much higher loadings (at least 1750 lbs per tire as an example). UTV tires are designed to run at much lower pressures and flex more, at much lower weight loadings. Personally I would NOT advise...
To be clear though, it can still be installed... but it requires additional parts such as the roof pulse bar kit. It ends up becoming about a $600 deal though once all is said and done. You'd be better off running your own wires down to a dash mounted switch if you want it badly enough.
Have you reached out to AA? I think they should hear the feedback. Maybe they would repack it for you... although the shipping would probably be ridiculous.
Try unplugging the magnetic sensor on the fairlead... it is a white connector with a green and a red wire. See if it works then.
The other thing I've seen is the wireless control module going bad. This is separate from the contactor (the large relay). I know on some models even the dash...
