Has anyone been able to seal tailgate bottom and sides? The expedition comes with seals and took very little to make dustproof. I can see the XD with the cap it will be a dust magnet to the inside

We like the Xpedition if riding on a faster rougher trail but haven't had a chance to trail ride the XD as trails are closed to maybe May. You are correct, bought both at Erv's, drove them home

Thank you, planning on adding short lighted whips with turn and brake lights in the threaded holes in Rotokap, have to wait for warm weather, got 12" snow yesterday and 16-24" coming Sun-Mon,

It would be a pain, they are heavy and sturdy and the rubber seal on bottom side is just adhesive, was hard to keep in place while installing, took 2 people to set on as you have to go over bolts

We also have a 25 Xpedition with 20% sides and rear and top 6" front. Drove that enough at night and it's not too bad but I went lighter on this one, rode with a group so enough headlights though

We do some overnight rides, will keep water and mud off most stuff, I can see dust will be a problem untill I find a way to seal tail gate area and also side pockets with a soft foam will fix

Just bought a 26 Ultimate, had Rotokap, WD turn kit and 32" KM3s installed. Had side and rear tinted 35% and 20% on top 6" of windshield. The 32x10x15 tires look narrow but we ride trails with alot of gates to go though and want to keep it narrower, the plus side is mud stays inside fenders.

Simpson Bucket Seats from Thumper Fab

Agreed, also removing the upper brace might weaken ROPS? Would think someone could just update factory seats too but these aren't huge sellers compared to others so no one does

Simpson Bucket Seats from Thumper Fab

We switched our Xpedition XP seats to PRP XCR seats, just way more comfortable but a PIA to install, this Video shows cutting and grinding, tough to swallow on a new XD1500. If it was unbolt and install i would have interest but ours is a 2 door when dealer is fone prepping. Wife is spoiled on...

    Sway bar disconnect

Actually after looking closer those links are shorter than I thought on rear axle, oh well it was a thought

    Sway bar disconnect

I am going to try a shock in place of swaybar link in rear, will measure and find a cab shock for a heavy truck, seen videos on other utvs and it seems to work
