Ill be calling polaris and the dealer Monday. I reviewed all the links on the email and it states they should have a remedy this month. For now they recommend continuously checking the door handle to make sure its flush. Hopefully they will fix what's damaged.

This is the door handle this morning.

The first photo is where the mirror hit behind the rear door. Looks like some damage to the hinges but they seem to still be secure.

Haven't inspected the lugs closely for damage yet. Door seems to close properly, and nothing seems to be out of line. Mirror was scuffed on the outside corner from contact with the back door. Handle is not returning to flush position though. Seems in line with the email from polaris

Had it happen today on driver door at 45 mph. Door had been closed securely prior to and came wide open and folded back on its own! No damage to the door that I can find. I believe the mirror actually helped by not allowing it to fold back completely back.
