2025 Ranger 1500 Crew Northstar: Looking for a Rotomax fuel can mount. Searched the forums and nothing popped up that was "turn key" to mount the gas can. Obviously has the new Lock and Ride rail system. The spare tire mount looks like it could work great but.....$250.... ouch. Thanks.

Unfortunately I don’t have the accessories with bars to mount the cans on. I am thinking of buying the Rotomax mount with the baseplate and bolting it on to the toolbox.

There is brackets that I’ve used, and bolted on the rotopax mounts to. I have one double and one single attached to my spare tire mount. I’ll look for photos.

Here is the link for the brackets. I drill out my own holes, and use either 1/4” or 3/8” bolts and strut nuts. I usually need to trim down the length of the bolts so they don’t bottom out in the rail. I also trimmed off the base, so it doesn’t stick out past the bed rails. I will admit that, I can only use the 2 gallon container on the outside mount on double bracket. The inside and spare tire one, I use the 3 gallon gas containers. Then I just purchase whatever mount I want to use.

I hope I am not hijacking this thread but have any of you found a spare tire mount for a 35-inch tire? Looks like some really good ideas on accessories in this thread.

Have you checked the Polaris branded one? I have a valor 32” spare mounted to the Polaris mount and I have some room to raise the wing nut. So I could use a larger tire, but not sure if a 35” would work. Just an idea.

I would like to use the Polaris mount but didn't want to purchase it then have to sell it because it won't work. I was hoping someone had tested it.
