We are considering a tire/wheel change from 35 inch to 37-inch tires. We currently have the Thumperfab long travel kit and the reason we are considering it is because we can swap the set ups for approx. $250 difference. We ran Portals on our 2021 XP1000 but there are currently two companies working on final drive ratio changes instead of the transmission ratio change being seen in the new 2026 units. I have searched the internet as much as I can to see if anyone has done 37's with this set up? We know it will tax the current drive train set up but with a ratio change and Gilomen tuning, it should be back similar to stock. The larger tires will cause a parasitic loss even with ratio changes, but we may be able to overcome some of that loss. My main concern right now is if they will clear and wanted to ask if anyone has mocked up a 37-inch tires on one of these?
