Hey everyone
I bought a 50” light bar to mount to my roof. Also bought the Polaris roof mount because I thought it was well built. When I mock-up the install the mounts lie at the angle of the curve in the light bar and not parallel to the roof line. I could use the mounts included with the light bar or I could modify a wedge type washer to keep the Polaris mounts parallel. I would really like to use the Polaris mounts though.
Any suggestions?

I don’t quite understand the problem at hand. But a couple weeks ago when I was looking to see if there were new items from Polaris for the XD. I noticed they now offer the 50” light bar, but also noticed they have two different mounts listed for it. Polaris shows the mounts I have for my smaller light bar and different ones for the 50” light bar.

Is it possible you don’t have the correct ones?

Pics? The light bar should pivot on the mounts to aim it properly.

Yes I should have taken some pictures. I’ll get some posted when I go back to my cabin.
I know Polaris has a new mount for 50” light bar coming in February. $250 but you get a wire harness too. Still not cheap.
