Interesting, pick up some horse power and less heat. But decibels are pretty much the same, I like that. I’d possibly interested after I do my tune and they finalize their product.

Dido! I spent 25 years living the "Loud Pipes Save Lives" scene now load pipes just are freaking annoying and make you turn up the stereo to hear it! I like it quiet enough to hear a fresh can of beer being opened............

I don’t think I’ve ever seen my muffler glow red. Even the few times I’ve ran 60mph on the highway for some short distances. Is it only when you have the tracks on?

Tires. Down the gravel road. 12 miles at 45 mph. With the tracks it’s way worse. Well way brighter. lol.

Weird. Although I admit, I don’t specifically look at my muffler when I get out. But I feel after 2 years, I or a buddy would have noticed it at least once. Especially during hunting seasons when I’m hauling ass back to camp after dark to get back to eat and go to bed.

I have never paid much attention to mine, but I don't think any exhaust should get that HOT

Has anyone checked the spark arrestor , on my RZR xp the the screen would get cover in what looked like fine fiberglass , it had to restrict the flow . I tried to remove the tailpipe and check mine on the XD but it was very tight , finely gave up without getting the screen checked

Yes cleaned mine lots of times. It does plug up. Exhaust manifold never gets red hot but catalytic converter must be making it glow like that.

I guess I need to put more effort into it , the tail pipe wouldn’t move even a little bit. I haven’t noticed mine getting hot , need check next night I have it out .

Take the bolts out and soak it with wd-40. Wiggle and resoak.

Shipping from Michigan to Manitoba was 205 usd. Plus I’ll pay another 100 ish brokerage.

Wow, although shipping in general seems like it has increased significantly in the last year. I’ve just noticed with all the items we order for work, it seems like it’s been high. But that’s awful steep.
