I apologize for reposting about this but i can’t find the old post. Someone mentioned a “close off “ kit they installed on the front of the 26’s to cut down on air leaks. can anyone provide a part number for this ? i asked my dealer service guy and he isn’t finding anything. Thank you

I just posted this in the other thread. I think this is what they are referring to? My 2025 has these installed but it was a late 2025 machine.

i don’t but i did just get it a month ago which i’m guessing is meaningless. any clue how i can check that ?

I don't know what month it was built. I first looked at it in August because I had been looking for white. The dealer had just gotten it in.

They are supposed to be the Polaris part numbers from what I researched. I put the part numbers in the Polaris parts finder and they show the part.

The original Facebook post with the parts list above was posted by me. What I would really like to find is where all this stuff attaches? I could not find any installation instructions and some of the pieces are not intuitive at all. These are all listed in the 2026 model year parts list under a section called Front Foam in the body section of the parts diagrams. This link should take you to it. https://www.polaris.com/en-us/off-road/assembly/?modelId=R26X6W1RBJ&assemblyId=593051

I can see these when looking under the dash on the wheel wells. I to the instrument panel out to look for leaks around the dash and that is when I notices all these pieces of insulation. I think the dash may have to come out to install these.

I think the 2026 pieces are on the outside and the 2024 & 2025 are on the inside of the block off panel . If you compare the parts diagrams .

From what I saw when I had the fenders off, some are on the outside and some are on the inside, but I could be mistaken.

I went and bought some 2x2 heavy foam and started stuffing around the door area and steering wheel are. super easy and it helped a lot.
