New EPS/steering issue: The last few days while driving on blacktop 25-40 mph while negotiating any curves to the left the steering will "catch" or "hang up" slightly upon returning the wheel to center. Once, maybe twice before returning to center. Kind of a weird feeling. This does not happen when turning to the right. I've taken the same route on the same road three days in a row. Two days ago when the temp was in the 30s it was very noticeable. Yesterday with temps in the high 40s it did not catch and all was fine. Today in the 40s again it would catch, but not as bad as two days ago. So it's an intermittent issue. Any ideas? If I take it to the dealer and it works fine I will just have a bill and no results. Would be nice to have it diagnosed and let them fix it if it's a warranty issue. TIA for any advise.
ETA: This is a 2024 XD NS Ultimate with 4400 miles. I have just ordered the Garage Products shock bushings and will replace the stock ones upon their arrival. They're not totally shot yet but have a little play in them and starting to clunk on large bumps so thought I should replace them. Can worn shock bushings cause the "catching" in the steering?
