Cabin air filter

Anyone know how to change/clean the cabin filter in a northstar?

Its under the hood right on top

There’s another filter inside, in the lower part of the dash. It’s behind the mesh screen below the controls.

One outside is “throw away” one inside is washable. I put an outerwear’s on my outside one.
