Does anyone know on a 1500 XD where the catalytic converter is located, in the muffler or header pipe?
Thanks!!
 
Correct, in the muffler. Some owners have punched theirs out. Although I’ve never seen one in person, besides on a rzr
 
Catalyst is built into the muffler. Aftermarket assassins makes a nice replacement.
