Agreed, you’d be the first person in the forum that I’ve heard of installing it. I gave it a thought, but not for that long or serious. Anxious to hear what you have to say about it.

I ordered mine along with the power door locks and had them shipped to the dealer. Polaris says my new buggy should be at the dealer next week. I'll let you know when it's all installed.

If Dirty Teeth Racing is the same company that makes the automatic door lock kit (maybe there is more than one) someone here installed it and if I remember right it was a PIA to do and I thought they had trouble getting it to work right. Maybe I'm screwed up in the head but that's how I remember it.

It's the same company. They say it's about an hour a door.

I found the old thread and bumped it......hell I was the one that started it. Sucks to get old, I can't remember shit anymore. I guess that's not totally true......I just remembered it's time for another drink

And this is why I swung a deal with the dealership to install it for me. I buy them to ride and drive, not work on them anymore.

I installed one on mine, super simple, the hardest part was installing the micro switch on the brake pedal and the wire -T on the brake switch due to location. Works awesome.

I bought the one way set up which still won’t let it be driven without the key and install was not bad at all and it works like a dream. can’t wait to get into a warm ranger out ice fishing
