Door Locks That Don't Lock

First off, someone has to tell me how to do a successful search. Every attempt I make comes back no information.
Brought home the new Ultimate Crew yesterday (pictures later) and want to go to an event tomorrow but want to be able to lock the doors. Two doors lock with the key and two don't. what is to solution; WD-40, white lithium? Please put me on the short path to success. Thanks.

You did not give much info to go on. They won't turn at all? They turn but don't latch? Being froze up sounds reasonable and worth trying. A squirt of WD-40 won't hurt anything so you might as well try it. Could they be faulty??

Are 2 keyed properly? And the others not?

Thanks guys. Heated garage so not frozen. But a squirt of white lithium in the key slot and working back forth apparently got lubricant where it needed to be. All good here in Montana.

Mine were like that when I bought it. I assume it was from sitting outside at the dealer before I bought it. I used WD40 or some other lubricant to loosen mine up. I remember being very careful to not break anything before I got them moving. Sorry I don’t remember exactly what I did because it’s been too long ago.

One of my doors is hard to lock. Seems like it wouldn't but I just need to turn key harder. Maybe?

My drivers door has locked it self 3 times now. I assume when I shut the door the locking mechanism slides to the lock position, I was lucky each time as the passenger door was unlocked so I could still get in my machine. Suggest you have your spare key hidden somewhere.

I’ve been having a issue with my driver door mechanism where it keeps sliding over so the door can’t be opened from the outside

There was a recall on doors that locked themselves. Call your dealer to get new sets.

We have 2024 XD1500 crew 5980 miles on it and now doors will not open after locking or not having locked. Happening on all 4 doors but luckily always had one that would open so could get in and open others. Anyone experience this

As I said above 2024 models and maybe some 2025 models had problems with doors locking themselves. Polaris had a recall on this and replaced all door mechanisms and your ignition switch. Call your dealer and give him your information he should be able to tell you if the recall was done on your machine. It's a well-known problem and there is plenty of information about it.

Mine does it every once in a while. No particular door.

Just as Big Red said, call your dealer and see if the recall is listed for your vehicle. I had mine done and have not had an issue.
