Door not latching update

Dealership sent this message about my driver’s side door issue:

I will add that when we disassembled the door the tech did find issues with how the door latch cable was routed and found one of the clips intended to hold it in place was broke off. So there definitely was a manufacturer issue with the door. Even more reason for them to want engineering to review it for potential issues for other customers.

Polaris engineering has investigated our door issue and we are getting a new door.
