Bought a 1500 a few months ago and love it - want to see all of the cool mods and share some of mine along the way! I’m a South Louisiana guy…that means south of I-10, where the boudin is really good! Happy New Year and I look forward to learning from you all.

I’m a sporting clays guy - gonna trick my 1500 out for it…stay tuned!

Welcome to the groups and congrats on the new ride. My top suggestions for early mods, are, side mirrors, intermittent wiper, 32” tires.

We have another member that uses their machine for clay shooting.

Glad to have you here dmay815. Good to hear you love your 1500 XD........most of us do. Lot's of experience, advice, and suggestions here on mods. Use the Search function if your looking for a certain topic and if that doesn't help just ask the group.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I’ve done a few things to the 1500 XD so far, 32” tires and rims, added a toolbox, gun rack, intermittent wiper mod, tinted the windows, few other things.

Next is the Polaris mud flaps, and a Ranch armor roof and bumper. I’m having fun, and again, looking forward to sharing and learning from you all here. Happy New Year.

Here’s a few pics so far!

Looks good. Love it. Love the color but would never buy anything other than camo. It’s the most durable.
Camo the "Most Durable"..........I like it. For those that have been around here for a while we already established that RED is the "Fastest Color" and white is the "Most Classy" color. Not sure we ever decided on Turbo Silver or Titanium. Now we have Green and Black to figure out too.

Shout out to Big Red - thank you so much. I installed my Polaris fender flares today after reading you tutorial. A great help and worked perfectly for me. Many thanks. I did install the mud flaps on the front and I do like them. I have the rock sliders too and they looked kinda funky when I held them up to the bike before installation.

I ended up using a heat gun to mold them to shape and am really happy with the end result. Thanks again Big Red!
