Thank you for the add to the Ranger 15000 XD Forum.
I am a brand new owner of a 2025 XD 1500 Crew Northstar Ultimate. This is my first SxS to own but have operated them for years. So far I have been super impressed with the capabilities of this machine! Primary uses will be farm chores and definitely some pleasure/wheeling fun. The only additions I've made are factory side mirrors and a Kolpin bed tool box (which was expensive but very, very robust and I'm happy with it.) The only other addition I plan to make is rock sliders/nerf bars due to the terrain encountered here. I am open to suggestions on the best options for that -- I prefer a direct bolt-on installation but will drill if it is the best option. Thanks in advance for your recommendations and any photos.

Welcome to the group DrNautica!
As for Rock Sliders I like the Polaris ones myself but there are many to choose from. The Polaris ones are easy to install, seen fairly robust, and don't stick out from the machine (which I like) There are plenty of options which I'm sure others will share their experience with. Happy part shopping.

Thank you Big Red.

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on the new ride. I have the Polaris rock sliders as well and prefer them over others due to being a tight fit to the machine. Some other upgrades to think about that a lot of us have done, and think is top priority are

Floor mats, there’s a lot of ones out there to choose from. A search on here and you’ll find many examples.

A Bed mat for the bed, again many choices out there.

Upgraded door pockets to replace the factory cargo nets.

Then some type of storage under the seats.

Thank you Mr. C! The inside storage is definitely a consideration. I added the KOLPIN bed box which for now has completely provided a storage solution for necessary tools, recovery gear, tire inflator, etc. BTW, I went with the NOCO Air20 inflator and have been totally happy with its performance & speed, design, compact size and ease of use.

I’ve been in the market for a portable air compressor.
I have both the Milwaukee M12 and M18 inflators. The M12 is cheaper and does surprisingly well but is slow. Several SXS guys in my area carry the M18 inflator in their rig. If you are not on the Milwaukee platform then there are cheaper options, but if you already have the batteries I would highly recommend the M18 Inflator.

The NOCO Air20 is $160 on Scamazon. It is stand alone, has a very accurate pressure measurement system and is super fast. You set the pressure you want to go to and it takes you 1/2psi above that so that when you unthread the air hose, it is dead on. I’ve verified it multiple times with high-accuracy pressure gauges. To take my stock XD 1500 30” rear tires from 12psi back to the factory recommended 22psi takes less than 15 seconds. The 12v power leads with robust alligator clips are long enough to go from the onboard UTV battery and around the vehicle to all 4 tires. It’s pretty convenient, exceptionally quiet and very well made. It’s is about 1/2 the size of a 2 slice toaster.

Thanks for the recommendations guys. I’m not on the Milwaukee platform, basically because every contractor has it. So I run the makita so I know what’s mine. Especially when I’m on a big job with plumbers, sparky’s, dry Wallers, hvac, etc. I’m definitely gonna look into to the Noco. I have one of their portable jump starters, and it’s awesome. Small and holds a charge forever.

Mr. C,
FYI, NOCO also makes the AX65 which is a combination boost pack AND air compressor. I chose the Air 20 however because I already have a dedicated NOCO booster and the AX65 is around $300. The supply specs of the Air side of the AX65 are actually even better than the Air 20. Just wanted you to know they do make a nice combo unit. I find the Air 20 to be more than satisfactory for the SxS or most any vehicle with full size tires.
