Looking at a crew

I currently have a 25 1500 NS premium 3 seater. I’m thinking about trying to trade for a crew. The family is starting to go with me more. I mainly use it for driving around in pastures checking cattle, driving gravel roads, some spraying, and other farm work. Not sure if I should look at a premium like I have now or a mountaineer? Or there is the Texas edition with the 32” tires and better stereo. Just looking for some opinions from anyone that has either of these options. Thanks.

Where roughly do you live, and what kind of terrain do you typically use it on? If you can handle it saying "Texas" all over it, that one is a pretty sharp machine. Mountaineer or regular depends really on where you ride and what you want to do with it (i.e, do you plan on adding oversize tires? etc)

The Texas Edition is the best buy in my opinion if you want what it has for options. The Mountaineer is more for those that need the extra torque and don't care about top end.

Thanks. While I only reach top speed a few times, I’m worried I might miss it if I get the mountaineer. Only reason I would consider it is for spraying and looking for calves in the pastures while driving slow.
I like the better stereo and 32” tires on the Texas edition, just not sure it’s worth the extra $$

You know best. What fits your budget. If you have no budget then it’s easy. If you di, it’s still easy.

My dealer has a 25 and 26 premium crew. Did Polaris fix the issues with hot air coming in around the steering wheel in the 26? I know the knock is still luck of the draw. Any other issues they might have addressed in the 26? Asking the ones that have had both year models.
