Oil Pump Recall

I received an email this week regarding a bad batch of oil pumps. Lucky me, my XD has one of these in it. Is this a big recall or just a handful of machines? It requires, stop use if you have under 25 hrs and arrange service , well I may or may not have 25 hrs. If you have 25.1 hours then “just monitor your temp and warning codes”, I not sure why that needs to be said. Anyway, has anyone else received this email?

First I've heard of that. What year is your machine and about when did you buy it? I've got 6100 miles on now, mine is an early '24.

It is a 25, I bought it in August. It is running great, I haven’t had any problems as of yet. I only have 120 miles or so on it. It will suck to have it set in the shop thru the hunting seasons after spending the kinda money for it.

First I’ve heard of an oil pump issue. Mine is an early 2024 with about 2200 miles and 200 hours now. I’m one to lean more on the side of caution and I’d probably sideline my machine even though it’s hunting season. Just my .02.

This will be fun for me to check. Mine is early 24 with a late 24 engine. I haven’t received anything yet. I don’t expect to. Postal strike again.
