Stock tire sizes

The stock size says a 30x10 and 30x11 both r 15. Does that matter

Forget about what the Ranger came with stock, I don't know why they continue to run wider tires on the back when most people "Block" them when they change tires. I would run a 10" X 32" tire minimum, and a 10" up to a 11.5" wide X 33" tire maximum. My flavor is a BFG KM3 which can be had in both UTV and DOT approved versions.

I did trail guide all terrain 31 inch. 30 psi is a good ride. I might try 25 psi. Actually get 1 or so mpg better ......

Does your ranger feel like it’s not as stable with the 10s in rear

Ok. I’m running stock wheels. It’s seems like it has a sway to it.

Bumping the tire pressure up might eliminate that but the stock tire suck

Dido on the stock tires suck! If your just running around the farm at 30 mph and stay 10 miles from home they are fine......I guess. But having 4 quality tires the same size is the way to go. Would you ever consider running wider tires on the rear of your 4X4 pick-up??

I'm running BFG KM3 10x32s on my 2 door XD. When installed, the dealer put 32psi in the tires. Road very rough. I went to 25psi for the past 4400 miles rotating every 2000 miles. I just dropped to 20psi because roads are snow covered now. Not sure that will make a difference in traction, but seems to handle well on the snow. Those of you running the KM3s, would you please share what tire pressure you're running?

im running 15 pounds works great

Your sway could be the stock setup. The wider rear tires on the stock rim, cause the tires to pooch. The tread width is wider than it really should be with the measured rim width, causing the tire to what I call pooch. So the side wall flexes under cornering. I had a truck that had 35x12.50R20’s on it. And when I towed my toy hauler, I could feel like the rear end was washy/squishy. I went to a narrower tire and issue went away. I have the same setup as clubin and zero issues. Although I am do to rotate.

I have the same tires as you and have been running 20 psi since I bought them. I have 3000 miles on them and have rotated them once and they show very little wear. By the looks of them now I should be able to get 12,000 miles out of them, maybe more.

I have KM3's on our XP1000 with over 20,000 miles and the tires are still good. Almost 8,000 on the XD1500 and they still look new! 20 psi in both.

Looks like I will probably get more than 12,000 miles based on what Rupp Collector has experienced. A friend of mine has 12,000 miles on his 30" tires and they are really chewed up, that said he only runs gravel which is much harder on tires compared to what I run.

Are these KM3's Big Red?

Yup, 10 X 32" UTV version. This is the first set of KM#'s I have ever had so I'm only guessing how many miles they will go.....my only reference point is a buddy of mine has wore through a set of 30" tires around 12,000 miles of hard gravel use. Last I knew he was still running them but they were really chewed up.
