Just curious, anyone here tried disconnecting the front sway bars? I did a search and didn't find much. I'm wondering about ride and handling. I guess it's easy enough to try it but if anyone has tried it and hated it I won't bother.

Judging by how much they roll and push through turns, I wouldn't be too quick to disconnect the sway bar. Granted, I'm sure it's worse on the stock tires with the low pressure and sidewall flex. Like you said though, easy to try.

Ideally, you could create some sort of setup that allows quick disconnect/reconnect with a large cotter pin or something. Zbros makes something like that for the Rzr, maybe it would fit or could be modified to fit. Electronic disconnect would be even better... they now come factory on the Rzr Pro-R.

I am going to try a shock in place of swaybar link in rear, will measure and find a cab shock for a heavy truck, seen videos on other utvs and it seems to work

Actually after looking closer those links are shorter than I thought on rear axle, oh well it was a thought

I took the front and rear off but I have a long arm kit and portals handles great

I disconnected mine last week because the bushings are shot and it rattled horribly.
I just disconnected the links to see if it was the fix, and it was. I’ll remove the bar this week. Will just put the caps back on and tighten the bolts because you have to remove the A-Arm to get one of the bolts out.
