Hi all I'm thinking about put long travel on my 1500 crew,, what's the general consensus on doing that.

Anyone with long travel have these issues? I don't trust what dealers tell you. Most are pretty young and they know it all with no experience!

When you use long travel you are kinda forced to get different rims to keep it from being too wide. 78" I've been told. Been looking into it as well. Super atv or something

I'm thinking long travel might be the answer. It changes the geometry just a tad. It may help. Does anyone have the long travel and the clunk?

I was told that the plow from my 21 ranger would not fit. But I know I would have to buy the new controller for the shift knob.

I'm interested in this as well. Ive been following along and so far I don't have the issue. I did put exit shocks on it. It's not near as stiff as stock. I like it.

The seal barely covers the glass edge on mine.

Oil just installed the zbroz exit shocks on my 1500 crewNorthstar Ultimate. I like it a lot. Next weekend in taking it on a trail ride. I'll know more then. But I'm happy so far.

Short one are front. I have received the rears for mine so far and they are longer. I have the zbros exit shocks.

Has anyone added a sub woofer to the 1500 ultimate?

Having recently traded a21 Northstar trail boss for the new 1500, it's quite a different machine! Love the way the transmission feels, and no belt to worry about! I'd say a bit more automotive quality, so far! Only had a few days!
