I hate that this is my first post here but thought maybe you guys have seen these issues. I searched the forum and found 1 topic related to pulling hard right and windshield fitment.

Current issues at 2 miles.

1.) Windshield fitment on the passenger bottom has a pretty large gap and the excentric is out of adjustment. Appears this will require cage adjustment or modifications.

2.) The unit is currently not drivable in that it pulls to the right VERY hard. You don't dare loosen your grip on the steering wheel. This has a dealer installed Thumper Fab long travel kit and we just rechecked the alignment at my buddies shop on the alignment rack to make sure there were no geometry issues. It appears to actually be a steering issue related to components.

3.) Turf mode red light flashes but appears to work. I can switch modes, and it will stay red for just a short time then start flashing.

I normally do not let dealers work on stuff, but I had a pretty major surgery, so I had to use them. The install looks clean, and I went as far to swap tires and put it on the alignment rack. With the current caster values, it should pull to the left on flat ground but be fine on roads with a crown.

The sad thing is we just paid for it and brought it home last night, called the dealer an hour ago to let them know and they said they might be able to look at it on the 14th. Not to happy so far.

The machine we sold was a perfect condition 2021 NS Ultimate Crew with 4-inch portals and 35-inch tires. It was a really nice machine with only 3100 miles but wanted to upgrade. Not sure we did the right thing yet.

First the windshield.........I never knew of one that needed the cage to be adjusted to correct so that's a new one for me. This is on the dealer let them them worry about how to fix it.

Second pulling to the right........dealer installed a Thumper Fab long travel kit. I know people have them and I assume they work fine. That said tough to blame Polaris for this and I wonder how the dealer never knew this. I can't imagine any reasonable person would not have taken it out for a test drive after doing that kind of work. Once again on your dealer to fix.

Third, Turf mode red light flashes........I think they all do, I remember when I first got my 1500 that I thought the drive switches were goofy as hell, but that was a long time ago. I guess I'll have to check mine when I drive it next

We drove it a little yesterday and the ride quality seems good. Only have 5.2 miles on it so far.

Ok, I just read your other post attached above and am a little confused. You said you had 5.2 miles on it and the "ride quality seems good" In this post you said you have only 2 miles on it and "The unit is currently not drivable in that it pulls to the right VERY hard. You don't dare loosen your grip on the steering wheel."
So which one is it?

Polaris responsibility for the windsheald is minimal. The rest of your issues are all self inflicted.

You mess with it and change it from the way it was designed don’t complain about the outcome.

I have 5.2 miles during testing. We talked to the dealer, and they have had this before. If you set still and rev the engine the steering will turn right. They had to replace some parts and update some software on the units they had issues with.

The suspension changes have no effect if you know how to do it and align it. This is our 9th machine we have built. We are pretty familiar with what needs to be done. I apologize my first post was some negative news but thought it may help others.

The windshield adjustment will require a cage adjustment. For the price Polaris really should look at the build variance a little more but most people don't care as long as it doesn't leak water.

The flashing light while in park for turf mode is normal as compared to the other 4 - 2025 machines, we looked at today at the dealer. We finished the insulation of the interior today. Long way to go but it will be nice when done.
