Yeah like 15 degree off. It must be to close to something warm because its always right when I get in until It warms up . I want to move the prob .I don't believe there is a calibration procedure.... it just goes directly into the ride command. If you feel yours is significantly off, it could be a bad sensor.
If it's like most sensors on the unit, there is no extra wire, so I expect you won't have a lot of options unless you splice some wire in.
Yeah at this point it wont mater if I mess it up splicing into it because its useless as it is . just need to find it now .If it's like most sensors on the unit, there is no extra wire, so I expect you won't have a lot of options unless you splice some wire in.
HI, who found it and what have you done to correct the calibration to correct at least close out side temp.
Thanks found it . bone cold and my thermometer sitting right next to it and the machine is 5 Degrees off . Either bad thermometer or software programming . I guess its time to test .Oh, forgot to answer. There are three openings in the front of the machine; the grill, a middle opening, and the winch opening. The sensor is located in that middle opening, in front of the radiator, on the driver's side edge. So, if you aren't moving, it will likely read higher as the machine warms up.
