Big Red, I have to say I have 2 of the 2024 ultimates, one is a crew the other is not. Both of these clunks like crazy. Hate it and won't let the dealer put lock tite on them as I am sure they will be next to impossible to work on in the woods 10 miles from nowhere.

I also have a 2025 3 seat ultimate, that clunks as well. I know, don't ask, why another one. I must have lost my mind. Nothing but trouble out of the 24's. The 3 seater has had the transmission replaced at 600 miles and the crew needs a transmission but Polaris says it heavier and that's why it slips. Thought that's why they put the 110hp in it. Guess not. Now I see they have a mountaineer version with a lower gear ratio. May help but who knows.

So mine is complicated. 3 separate sets of axles. Last ones were a different part number. Locktite inner and outer splines. No more clunk. So mine doesn’t clunk but was fixed by the dealer.

Mine had 2 sets of axles first set fixed the outer noise but not inner axle clunk so I called Polaris and they told me there is nothing to fix the problem since I had the updated axle so
I dealt with I for a month then called them again and got the
same guy at Polaris of coarse I got the same Response so that pissed me off so I called the dealer so they got ahold of polaris so I get the shim kit and another set of axles when
diff is cool it is better but when it warms up the clunk
is back !!

I have aftermarket axles with long travel and only 200 miles. I will let everyone know if I have it.

One would think with almost 650 members here we would have more than 30 votes! Go ahead and vote it's not hard...................
