Anyone having issues with Bluetooth skipping and not performing correctly?
Service department said it needs a new software update. I've been waiting, but no update so far.

I’ve had issues with the “next” song not playing. After a song ends, the screen shows the next song, but it never plays. I usually have to hit the next song button, in order for it to play again.

I've always had some issues with the Ride Commands Bluetooth and my phone. Sometimes it would just quit, sometimes it would not advance to the next song, sometimes it would not do anything until I shut off the Ranger and restarted it. That said most of the issues were with the Ride Command in my XP 1000. The one in my XD rarely has had any of these problems to the point that I can't remember what the last issue was.

Mine has worked well, but every time I pair my phone and start Pandora I have no volume until I hit the volume buttons either up or down. Not a big deal but just kinda weird.

My volume works that way also ….but everything else works fine .

I guess one other thing. I have an android phone. My nephew borrowed it last week, needed some wheels moving equipment around. He paired his iPhone to it and my phone sounded awful until I deleted his phone. I don't know much about this stuff so maybe it was just a coincidence.

Forgot to mention, mine always does the volume thing as well. Which I actually don’t mind. That way I don’t accidentally get startled in case I had the volume up from previous.

Mine is the same way with the phone or a radio station. There is no sound until you turn the volume up or down. Not sure why they made it that way??

Good point….i do like my music , have to remember to hit the down side to get to come .

Honestly, you are better off connecting via USB for playing audio. The Bluetooth sound quality is terrible on pretty much everything. Just my opinion. I’m a bit of an audiophile, so your mileage may vary.
