Well, today was a little sad as the 2 door 1500 ultimate left the house this afternoon. We didn’t have the 1st issue with it. We got home and put it in the shop and turned the shop ac on and started cleaning the inside up and my wife put the kemimoto screen protector on and we just have the outside to put SC1, or something like that on the outside and then it goes for window tint next week.

Congrats! I think you’ll love having the extra space inside the cab. That SC1 is nice, but I suggest trying the ceramic wipes from Walmart. I went with the ceramic wipes with mine, and have been very happy with it. Tried them first on my wife’s new ST and it’s holding up for 2 years. All the black trim is still shiny black, without reapplying. So I applied it to my work truck and XD. Same results. Just a thought.

Yes, we went down from a XP 1000 crew to the 2 door and regretted it. It’s jus the 2 of us. We don’t have children except our 4 legged child.

Thanks Mr. C. I’ll give that a try and get some today. This is why I love this place. The collective knowledge, help, and recommendations are priceless!

I went to Walmart and got the ceramic wipes Mr. C recommended, and came home and cleaned the outside and scrubbed the bed mat we put in from the other one. I did use SC1 on it to make it shine.

I did notice as I was setting down as we all do to admire our work 😂 that I didn’t put any tire shine on. I guess I’m getting lazy or wiser now.

Looks good! I don’t think skipping the tires is lazy. I don’t do tire shine anymore on anything. We live on 3 miles of gravel, so I feel it’s a waste. I just give our tires a scrub with soap when they get washed.

Of course, I would be sad to see the Red Ranger go..........you do know that "Red's The Fastest Color" don't you?? That said the new White Ranger looks "Classy", I'm sure you will like the extra space. Enjoy!

SC1-New Bike in a Can”, SC1 restores that factory shine and lives up to the claim. SC1 high gloss coating is specifically formulated to protect and beautify multiple surfaces including plastic, vinyl, rubber and carbon fiber. Water-resistant formulation is safe for use on gloss or matte finishes and makes the clean-up process easier by forming a durable coating that repels mud, dirt and debris. Can be applied and left untouched or allowed to setup and be buffed to a dry sheen, leaving a long-lasting luster

I took this from the web.

I have used it for years but it will attract dust.

Mr. C recommended the ceramic wipes. They have those in the auto section at Walmart. The SC1 came from the Polaris dealership.

Yes, the red one will be missed, and is the “fastest”, but White is nice too.

The headrests I ordered from Gilomen Innovations came in today. I had read the threads detailing the process and issues with installing them. They lived up to the hype. I think I cried some, prayed some, and got angry. Finally, they went in after using some silicone lube spray. I wished I would have used that first and I knew too, but I got ahead of myself in the process.

I need to quit hanging out here reading threads and then ordering stuff. 🙃😜
