Does anyone have any measurements of where that grease zirk is located? On a crew. I looked at what it was gonna take to pull the stump pans off and decided there’s gotta be an easier way. The back grease zirk is easily accessible, the one on the trans.

My plan was to drill an access hole, thoughts?

I had my hump off a few months ago and greased mine then, to be honest I don't know that it has to be greased as often as they say it does. (I think every 2000 miles) I did not measure mine when I did it, I should have just drilled a hole as your suggesting then but didn't. I really don't understand why Polaris didn't think of this, surely they knew removing the hump was going to be a pain in the ass when compared to just providing a hole in the skid plate.

I agree, hardly takes 1/4 squeeze after 2,000 miles. I found a hole under ours and with a stiff grease gun nozzle it can be done. Ours is a two door though.

I removed the hump the first time to grease it, while I had it off I drilled the hole in skid plate. My measurements would not help you, I have the 2 door. And yes it was a pain getting the bolt holes to line back up when re-installing the hump. Another stupid move by Polaris.

See attached video, once you view it and look under your machine you will understand where I measured from. I drilled a 2.5" hole, that was the only hole saw size I had, but a 1.5" to 2.0" hole would be adequate.
