Hey, everybody took the 1500 out for the first time this weekend and aside from the rear end clanking like it’s gonna blow up we had a blast. I have a question about the front suspension – if you go over something large enough to allow the wheels to become completely suspended in the air, there is a loud bang that occurs in the front end. I would assume it suspension just fully unloading and hitting the stops of the shocks, but don’t want to assume anything with this beast! Thanks in advance to all that author a reply.

Are you sure it's not the front tow rings banging? I had big noise in front end once I tightened the bolts noise stopped

If you look you will see the front tow rings have a rubber bump stop mounted on the bumper (at least mine does) it would be hard to believe this is a source of any significant noise.

Mine has rubber bump stop too hit the bottom of ring with your hand sounds like you hit the frame with a hammer really transfers the sound tightening bolt stops it
