Catalyst is built into the muffler. Aftermarket assassins makes a nice replacement.

    back up light location

There is a junction in the right rear corner of the bed underneath that you can put a premade plug-in for trailer lighting. That’s the only one I’m aware of. I don’t know if this makes sense but follow the wiring back from each tail lamp.

One thing I’ll tell you is just get used to the clunk in the drive trains there’s nothing you can do about it. They’re just noisy. Would love to know about the floor mats. I have found that they are supposed to lower the noise in the vehicle. The dealer installed my turn signal kit. I think the...

    Air intrussion

I’m interested – where does this air enter? I have not experienced it personally. If I can replicate it on mine, I’ll see what I can find. Let me know!

Aftermarket Assassin's stainless muffler system and tune makes 150 hp!!

Good morning to all! I wanted to take a moment and share a positive experience with Mike at Aftermarket Assassins. I had always felt the 1500 3 cylinder should be able to make 150 hp and it can!! I purchased the tuner, stainless exhaust, and an extra ecm to speed up the process as I was trying...

Loud bang when front suspension will become completely unloaded

Hey, everybody took the 1500 out for the first time this weekend and aside from the rear end clanking like it’s gonna blow up we had a blast. I have a question about the front suspension – if you go over something large enough to allow the wheels to become completely suspended in the air, there...

Class action law suit for drive train clunks/ unacceptable noise after the sale?

Thanks guys. Appreciate the insight. I really love the vehicle. The noise just seems so indicative of a failure in my automotive experience, it makes it hard to trust it to be reliable when I’m 10 miles from any paved road with a five-year-old grandson. I am also not used to the lack of...

Class action law suit for drive train clunks/ unacceptable noise after the sale?

Good morning to all. I have just picked up the Ranger from the dealer number two stating the noise you can hear at the rear differential is normal. This noise was not present when new, and had it been I would have not purchased it, and I don't think I am alone. This noise is coming from the rear...

Failing differential and Polaris says it’s normal please help!

Wow, that’s crazy – I just went out there and was able to consistently replicate the noise and told my wife it doesn’t sound like back by the differential. I’ll get a look and let you know thanks so much.

Could you please explain where you put the grease? I’m unclear there and I apologize for that thank you.

Failing differential and Polaris says it’s normal please help!

Sorry guys, I was using type to text and hit reply instead of correcting mistakes. That should have said, I encountered a level two technician, whose name was Brian,f I remember correctly. My second call after discovering the service bulletin and was just trying to get copies of it, I spoke with...
