DIY Box Cover

I've been looking for a Box cover. Something simple to keep snow and rain out. Coudn't find any thing I liked without breaking the Bank! So I made my oun. Used OSB cut to shape, framed with light angle iron. Sanded, Painted and then Glued and stapled a Vinyl covering on. Used a piano hinge to open. Simple and Functional!!

Looks great! I agree the commercial ones I've seen are ridiculously expensive. I like the custom decals too... I've been considering some.

That turned out nice! I've been wondering why there's not a manufacturer out there that can make a simple top at a reasonable price. Seems like everyone wants $1000 for a simple cover that usually doesn't look as nice as yours.
