Researching floor mats and asking folks here to share opinions.
I have seen some posted that look awesome but the only reason I have decided to get them is for the ease of dumping the daily dirt.
Basically, I am looking for the best clone of the weather tech design.
Thanks in advance

I bought these and love them. They are contoured to the floor, fit perfect, fairly rigid and work great with the center council. They do come a little out of shape because of how they are shipped, I used a heat gun and the sun to help them relax back to their original shape. I did a small amount of trimming in a couple of areas with an Exacto Knife to make them fit perfectly.

Thanks for the quick Reply Big Red. Mimicking yours was already #1 on my list based on reading your previous reviews.
Unless someone posts one that somehow changes my mind following your lead is my intention.

If you want, I could take some pictures of mine installed when I get home. Not sure if you have the center council or not but it lays flat over the brackets with no issues. Mine has 1 tiny spot where there is a slight pucker that has never laid flat, it's on the drivers side by the door and has never caused an issue.......I don't even notice it anymore.

I have some Top Side Surface Treatments floor mats. Very nice. Heavy and the fit is very good. They laid flat from the time I got them out of the box. $185.00 shipped

We got the Top Side floor mats and like them too.

I have what Big Red has and love them. I didn’t have to do any trimming. And I secured down my razorback off road under seat storage boxes and front center console box over the top of mine. They stay secured and I just shop vac mine.

I thought I remembered you also having the same, so far I am leaning towards following your lead

I just looked at the Top Side mats. I like that they offer different patterns, and some might like the thick heavy mat to help with the noise. At 6'8" tall I want every ounce of leg room I can get and don't want to lose even a 1/2" due to a thick mat. Not something most people would care about. The only other issue I have with the Top Side mats is the fact that they are just flat mats, there is no raised lip around the outer edge to contain the mud and moisture similar to a Weather Tech mat. I like the fact that mine are thin, light, and rigid and hold their shape when I dump them out. I would say both are good pick the one that best suits your needs.

I agree, just depends what you like. There is no raised lip around edges.
