Same to you MrC! I just finished giving Big Red a bath and plan on heading uptown to have a few drinks with the locals. I laid out several racks of ribs to make tomorrow for a get together with friends and family.

Sounds good! I’m throwing a tri tip on the smoker today. Something easy and quick, since I’m on call for work. And it’s supposed to be 96° here today.
