Here is a new option for Amber turn signals for the front of the Ranger XD. They can also be running lights.

I like these! Looks like they don’t come with an actuator for the turn signals though. So I wonder if you have to purchase that separately or another manufacturers and use their lights.

They do come with the turn signal wires so you should be able to wire them into your existing turn signal kit. I'm not sure why they are wiring them into your headlights, I would think you could eliminate that step and just wire them directly into your turn signal kit. Not sure I would have to look at it closer to understand what they are doing.
