New ranger 1500 ultimate-snowplow

Just ordered a 1500 ultimate with 84” snowplow with electric side to side control. However, should I order the electric up/down control or go with the winch?

I use the winch and it works awesome with the Plow Control in the Ride Command. If you're not happy with the winch for some reason you can always add the electric up/down later. I would try the winch first I think you will be satisfied with it.

I plowed quite a bit of snow last winter. The winch works great but I thought it went in and out too fast to set the plow height just right. I rigged up this pulley to cut the speed in half. I thought it was a lot easier to run.
