Remove passenger seat back.

Looking for additional information on how to remove the passenger seat back in a three passenger xd 1500. I'm installing a pulse bar harness into the roof and the instructions show to push down on the seat back to remove. But The seat is not releasing or moving down, ny advice on how to get that seat out?

Pull it out hard feels like your gonna break something hard and push down at same time. have done it about 5 times on mine now…..
