Who makes a simple and reliable kit? Does a stalk lever interfere with the other switches? Thanks

Ryco Motorsports, WD Electronics, XTC Power Products all make kits for this machine. Most have light options for the front turn signals. All stalks sit in front of your light switch some more than others. I would say the XTC and WD Electronics have the slimmest stalk but usually require additional switches in the dash. This is one you should do your own research and see what fits your needs.
I assume you are in Iowa........where at?? I live in SE Iowa myself.

Thanks for the help, I'm in NE Iowa, Guttenberg right on the Mississippi River, where are you at?

SE Iowa, small town of St. Paul about 20 miles west of the river.

Hey Big Red, do you have a turn signal kit installed? I ask because I know you mentioned that you are tall and I was wondering if you had experience with the switch levers of the kits and leg clearance issues.

I don't think any of the kits will give you leg clearance issues unless you tilt your steering wheel down into your lap. I have the Ryco Moto turn signal kit installed. When I got mine installed it and the WD Electronics were the only 2 available on the market. I chose the Ryco over the WD for 2 reasons. 1. That's what my dealer always used and stocks. 2. I do not care for the milky white led strip sandwiched between the head light and the fender that WD uses for most of their kits.
The Ryco Moto stalk is both fat and ugly and it would probably be the last one I'd buy today. It blocks the view of the head light switch, has too many wires coming out of it, and the mounting bracket is not very clean looking. XTC Power Products is what I had always used in the past and that's likely the kit I would buy today. It has a slender stalk and a couple of different front turn signal options. I think WD Electronics now offers a few different front turn signal options as well. XTC and WD are the 2 companies that I would likely buy today.
