center seat belt

Has anyone come up with a fix for the center front seat seat belt rattle yet. It is intermittent and depends on engine vibration and or rough road. but every 1500 has it. just hit the rear seat grab bar right behind the front center seat belt retractor to hear it.

Well I have never heard the "front seat seat belt rattle" yet so I can't speak as to how to fix it. Is this a problem unique to 4 door units?

Mine was awful.

I plug the middle belt into the driver buckle. No need for a bypass

But plugging it in has nothing to do with the recoil box rattling on these. all the recoil boxes do it but the center one on the front seat does it the most because it gets more vibration from being bolted to the rear seat grab bar. But all recoil boxes should be re-engineered by Polaris or their vendor.

It must be a 6 seater problem, like I said before I have no rattle

The 6 seat version has 3 big recoil boxes for the seatbelts in the front row and all 3 rattle like crazy. My dealer told me they submitted a case with polaris about it.

I have the same issue when I first accelerate, and then it's gone.

Some of these rattles are strange, I don't have this one or the under dash rattle

Remove it. Nobody ever sits in the middle. So I’m lucky to not need mine.

That's real close to mine, must be when they went through the bad batch of axles

Same, I know I don’t have the seat belt rattle. Haven’t had time to check for dash or windshield rattle yet. But haven’t noticed anything significant in those areas.

My 2025 XD NS Crew is the same way! However, it sounds more like it's on the passenger side rear area? Almost like a tin heat shield of sort vibrating???
