So basically what I would call the firewall…. I found for the 25… can you share where you found the info on the 2026 models.. thx

I just found it on the polaris website and selected a 26
and found the parts listing

I just took delivery of mine on 12/08/25 so i can look for foam on "close off panel" if you tell me were to look for it....Thanks

Took delivery of ours in Oct. 2025. It has a thick insulation against the firewall under the dash in some locations. Is that what they are refereeing to or do they all have that?

I think the new pieces are on the outside under the fenders and some look like plugs , maybe to fill holes some have been filling with foam . I think there are ten pieces.

I took the fenders off of ours and spray insulated all the holes and taped some places to make it look factory.

I thought about ordering the pieces , currently says all are on back order . Mine seems very good around dash area , no cold air. I get a little around drivers door handle at times . I thought it might help insulate the radiator heat on 90 degree days . All in all mine has been really good , I did add some weather stripping in the gaps between inner and outer door panels .

Was informed by my dealer that POLARIS accepted my order for the Texas Edition today… 12/15… no idea on led time yet but it is finally on order… central ILLINOIS

How good or bad is the air intrusion on your machine?

When I got the machine home, I pulled both front fender assemblies off and spray insulated all of the openings then put black gorilla tape over them. I pulled the front corner windshield area speakers and put foam blockers and sealed everywhere so no air come through the speakers also. I used foam at the front door latches to seal them when driving.

I pulled both tunnels and insulated them with pipe insulation then used pipe insulation on all the coolant pipes. Did a few other things also.

Before I did all of that mine was still a lot better than by two buddies 2024 1500 crews which did not have the above factory installed
insulation.
