A bit disappointed with 2026 XD1500 Ultimate

Here's Ranch Armor. They all look like they have more adjustment in the mounting points than Polaris does.

Here's 1 more, they have a cool rear bumper too.

Polaris Headache Rack arrived on time today. I put drivers side top bolt in first, then passenger side lower bolt in, then driver side lower, so far so good. When I went to put the passenger side top bolt in I could see a slight misalignment. The first three bolts were just put in by hand so I had some wiggle room on last one. I did not bother changing to a different pattern, so I just ground a slight lead on the end of the 4th bolt and the bolt caught the threads of the ROPS and found its way home. I snugged up the rest of them and job was completed. Hope this helps.

I owned one of the first 1500's in my area. it had its flaws but the dealer worked them out. I was pleased enough to purchase a new 2026 Mountaineer. I really love this machine and had the dealer add all the bells and whistles.
How do you like the Mountaineer? I pick mine up on Monday.

Razor back headache rack and DRT rear bumper

I also have the DRT Bumper, not real beefy but I don't need it to be. I like the looks and it was an easy install. If I wanted a rear rack I would also get the Razor Back Offroad. Looks well build and an easy install.

Update on my original post. I ended up drilling out all four mounting points enough to get the Polaris headache rack to fit. Polaris admitted a fitment issue, finally! There answer was to take the machine to a dealer and have them pull the cab apart to “realign” it. I was not willing to take that drastic a step. Polaris did step up, offing an extension to my warranty and two certificates to use for Polaris service or parts. Some of the aftermarket racks look really nice!
