Does anyone have the Super ATV rear bumper for the 1500XD?

My friend and I went into the Fay Myers Polaris dealership in Denver a couple of weeks ago and we both purchased a 2026 Polaris Mountaineer. Issues. I ordered a headache rack and when it came in the bolt holes in the rack did not line up with the nuts built into the roll bar/cage of the Mountaineer. The dealer ordered a new one and that did not line-up either. The dealer wasn't sure how to best fix the problem and mentioned that they may drill out the rack holes to match the frame of the Polaris and they wanted me to pay for the service. I called Polaris HQ customer service and they mentioned that the dealer had not opened a ticket on the issue and suggested that I call the dealer and tell them it should be on the warranty. The dealer has my Polaris and I am still waiting for them to open a ticket with HQ and to let me know they are going to properly fir the machine and not the rack... I will keep you posted.

I had the exact same issue. Polaris knows it is an issue. One of the pre-welded bolts broke off and fell into the B-pillar. Anyway, I talked to a different dealer, and they took care of the issue. I had to start a claim with Polaris Corporate, and then they would pay the dealer who fixed it.

Fay Myers did not open a ticket with HQ. Interesting...

Interesting. The dealer I had fix mine never used the ticket either. They basically did it for free and didnt deal with Polaris corporate either.

The shop said they had a special tool just for that issue, but after looking at it, I am guessing they just drilled a larger hole in the B-pillar. I say that because there is now a washer between the headache rack and the B-pillar only on the hole that the bolt broke off from.

Didn’t realize you were looking for pictures, you said recommendations. I also included a picture of my headache rack attached with all 4 bolts.
