new owner

we are new 1500 owners for about 3 weeks now & still have not been able to activate our ride command+. Even the tech guys at Polaris cant seem to help us. Strange as that may seem? We have owned a couple machines prior to this with ride command & have not had any issues. Any words of wisdom appreciated.
We live in southern MN in corn & soybean country. Looking forward to learning .

So a little update on my situation. I actually reached out to Polaris on Wednesday evening to tell them what my issue was. I was actually not near the machine when I called them, but I wanted them to be aware that I was having an issue so that like what was mentioned above, if it’s on their end, they could work on it.

The representative mentioned that I would need to be near the machine to be able to diagnose what the problem was. I understood and agreed. She set me up with a case number, so I could call back the next day and get it sorted out when I’m near the machine.

I've never been impressed with the Ride Command plus.........maybe I'm just too stupid to get much out of it. Either way more shit I don't need.

I had problems with getting mine set up. I live in the country where I’m at the end of getting strong cell connections. I had to keep moving the Ranger to an area till I got a strong signal. Everything looked good, but it kept disconnecting until I got a strong signal. Hope it’s something that simple on yours. I’m like Big Red, I don’t really get much out of it.

We have it on this too. It’s mostly working but it doesn’t know where it is most of the time. And the satellites are all strong and hooked up.
