Polaris 84” Plow Angle Actuator

Getting the rig ready for winter and for some reason the plow angle cylinder doesn’t work now. Put it away for the summer and was working fine. Up/Down is ok, but the side to side doesn’t work. First changed the tilt relay thinking that might be it. Nope, new relay clicks as normal. Ended up being the tilt cylinder was the issue. So close to $670 for a replacement (warranty expired) it now works. Anyone have similar issue with their plow lift or tilt cylinders? Puzzled as to why mine just stopped working. Especially since it only have approximately less that 10 hrs of total use over two winters.
