Rattle noise in rack and pinion

Rattle coming front front end, seems to be from inside one of the boots on the rack and pinion, with the bike but key on, can hear it good when I move the steering back and forth

Bro, I’ve been chasing the rattle in the front end since Sept 2024. The dealership replaced the rack and pinion in October 2024. Since then I have changed all the hardware in the A arms, the shocks, front axles, removed the front swaybar…my final fix was turning up the radio.

I almost thinking it’s the brake pedal interlock switch when you turn the key on and push the brake you hear that switch clicking on and off that’s almost the same noise. I’m hearing when I’m driving on rough roads,It’s almost like the guts of the switch itself is loose and rattlinggonna take it to the dealer and show them

Check your front hubs, they machined a whole bunch of them wrong and your front wheel hubs slide in and out a small amount from end play, and do a clicking noise when on rougher terrain or turning.
