I did brisket for a pool party.
Start to finish. 18 hour smoke at 220

God Damn that looks good! Mine was far less impressive I made Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches on the Black Stone......took about 6 minutes. Tasted great, not brisket great, but hit the spot none the less.

Your brisket looks delicious. This is a pic of the last one I did. The rub in the pic is the best I’ve found for beef, I also like the clever name of their products.
