Mine drove me frickin nuts, I was discouraged to the point of considering changing machines.mine clunks real bad not good when you got people riding with u and they are like whats wrong with this thing?
Yep. It was. I don’t think of it as an issue any more.Yup, I forgot, you are correct.
This oneYep. It was. I don’t think of it as an issue any more.
Just one reported here,,,,,,,,so farI hate to here it on the 2025 model.
I promise they are aware. Was hoping polaris was aware of this issue and found out what is really the problem.
Agreed, loving ours as well.I really enjoy the 1500 and don’t know what I would do without it now.
Yup, at the price point we all paid they have no excuse to betray us on this matter. For the cost of machine this needs to fixed under warranty.
I think it is 10-15% but am guessing.I’m assuming this may effect 25% of the 1500.
I had my friend record it

I don't have the axle "clunk" so I'm no expert as to what it sounds like. That said my understanding is that it occurs when you're moving and you get on or off the gas as Mr.C said above. That video shows a noise when you are sitting still and seems to pick up pace when you rev the engine. Once again, I tend to agree with Mr.C I think you have a motor problem that I would have looked at IMMEDIATELY.I had my friend record it
Is it possible the rear wheels were off the ground?I don't have the axle "clunk" so I'm no expert as to what it sounds like. Ya, I guess it’s possible. It just looked like it the ranger was moving in the beginning of the video, then stationary. I didn’t see it get raised up at all.I think he has the rear wheels off the ground.
Yea, it really isn't clear the rear tires are suspended but the noise is definitely rotational and much slower than the speed of the engine so I just assumed he is sitting on a jack.Ya, I guess it’s possible. Talked to the dealer and he said he couldn't do anything for the front suspension noise or the rotating noise. He said Polaris hasn't come up with anything besides the loctite fix and that's a bandage. So I will try and find a tech line to Polaris and put in my bitch. That is louder than mine was but I done the LocTite bandage withing a few weeks of it starting.
I could clearly tell mine was on the outer end of the left axle. As loud as yours is it may be a cv joint.
Keep us posted !
