Clunking noise in the rear

There was a part number change on the rear axle. I think it all agree that the differential is not the issue, unless the problem is coming from the fitment of the axle into the diff. Polaris is not talking about it though. I had my axles both replaced and it came back. I’d be curious to know if this is going to be a long-term fix for you. Can you keep us updated please?
I certanily will.

My 2024 I traded in I noticed is for sale. They put in a cv axle. I’m trying to find out if they did anything else to it.

1500 Clunking update. If you remember my dealer said they were going to replace the rearend and the axles. (Polaris sugestion) I got the thing back on Friday and ran it around, there is absoulty NO noise or clunking. Im sure it will last. We will see. These Extreme duty machines have a 3 year power train warranty so don't let your dealer tell you anything else. Locktite is not a fix. I asked my dealer about locktite and he said he never heard of it. We are on a ranch and it will get put to the test. I will keep you updated. Thank you.

I have a 25 with ~1000 miles on it, I noticed a clunk in the rear about a month or 2 ago. I have an appointment to get it in for service the first part of June. Definitely some lash somewhere in the drivetrain as I hear it from either going forward to reverse.

I just finished putting some miles on mine this last long weekend. I’ve noticed my clunk has increased, after new model rear axles and the loctite.

Oh well, clunking it is for me at this point.

You're a better man than I, mine drove me absolutely crazy. I would have sold mine, cut my losses and moved to something else had it not stopped.
