I voted, 25 w clunk. Took to dealer who called Polaris. Polaris said it was still functional and to drive it until it starts leaking. Mine is loose at the input shafts at both differentials. That was at 600 miles.

I have a 2025, terrible clunk, at about 5400 miles the dealer received a bulliten from Polaris on how to fix, red loctite on something called the yoke in the differential, have drove 1300 miles since that fix and no clunk.

I have the 2025 Polaris 1500 XD premium and added the ride command. At the time of approximately the end of the break-in period.The left axle fell out of the rear end and I pushed it back in. That’s about the time the clunk started, took it to the dealer. They did the Loctite fix then at around 7000 miles the right axle fell out of the rear end took it back to the dealer they fixed it then the clunk got real bad now that we have 9200 miles on it, It started clicking on the left side which they think is a wheel bearing, but they don’t know yet, Polaris will not do anything about it and they’ve had it for a week this time

So mine is complicated. 3 separate sets of axles. Last ones were a different part number. Locktite inner and outer splines. No more clunk. So mine doesn’t clunk but was fixed by the dealer.

They fixed mine and it lasts about a month. Mine us back for third time and say they want to try locktite again. Just wondering how many miles or kms do you have on it since fixed

Just Voted. 2026 1500 with 1100 miles. Clunk started at about 900 miles. Called dealer an was told about the Locktie fix. Said they used this on 7 other 26's and it fixed the problem. Going to set up a shop visit for next week.
The videos are with the engine in park and i'm rocking it back and forth with the back wheel.

11,000 km since the locktite fix and it’s clunking again. 15,000 on the machine. Could be something worn out though.

Yes, I have a 24 that had it. Rear axles replaced and the noise is gone for now.
